Bradley T. Fox
While Brad’s practice focuses primarily on litigation with particular experience in large commercial disputes and patent litigation, he handles a wide variety of matters. He has an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology as well as a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law. Representative clients include Wilson Sporting Goods, Atomic Ski, Salomon North America, Suunto, Precor Incorporated, and Mavic. Brad is also a registered patent attorney.
Kristina T. Fox
Kristina’s practice focuses primarily on general business, intellectual property, and art law as well as art consulting and appraisal. Kristina is also a trained mediator and provides mediation services for intellectual property, art and business disputes in Colorado. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 1999.
